1. Scope
This notice applies to amvues.com, its customer and contractor inquiry forms, and communications that begin through this website. It does not replace a project-specific agreement or a separate notice provided for another AMVUE service.
2. Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, organization, phone number, ZIP code, request category, inquiry details, consent record, submission time and tracking reference.
When an inquiry is submitted, we may also record the website language, landing page, referring hostname, campaign parameters, privacy preference and the version and time of the applicable consent notice.
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs and security events. Necessary security technology may set a fraud-prevention cookie. The site stores language and privacy choices on your device.
If you accept optional analytics, AMVUE uses privacy-first aggregate website analytics to understand pages, sources, devices, countries and performance. AMVUE does not currently use advertising pixels, sell website inquiry data or use it for targeted advertising. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card data, medical information or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.
3. How we use information
- Review and respond to customer, contractor, media, support and other inquiries.
- Route a request by location, scope, service area and appropriate follow-up path.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and inquiry process.
- Maintain appropriate business, consent, security and legal records.
- Measure aggregate website performance and inquiry sources according to your privacy choices.
- Comply with law and protect AMVUE, visitors and other people.
4. How information may be shared
We may share information with personnel and service providers that need it to host, secure, maintain or operate the website. When needed to evaluate or respond to a request, information may also be shared with a qualified contractor, supplier, professional adviser or other delivery participant subject to appropriate purpose and access controls.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a lawful corporate transaction. AMVUE does not currently sell website inquiry data or use it for targeted advertising.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to review the inquiry, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes and protect the service. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices and requests
You can change optional analytics at any time using the Privacy settings control on the website. Depending on applicable law, you may also ask to access, correct or delete personal information, obtain a copy, withdraw consent where applicable, or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request. Email privacy@amvues.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request, and we will not require you to create a new account solely to submit one.
7. Children, international visitors and external services
This website is intended for business and general adult audiences and is not directed to children under 13. AMVUE is based in the United States; information may be processed in the United States and other places where service providers operate. External websites linked from this site apply their own notices and terms.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the website and AMVUE services develop. The updated date will identify the current version. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@amvues.com; security reports may be sent to security@amvues.com.
